examples of organisms in soil:
1) Algae- Algae belong to soil microflora. They are autotrophic (i.e. have chlorophyll and are capable of performing photosynthesis) and eucariotic organisms.

2)Fungi belong to soil microflora (heterotrophic, aerobic) and are eucariotic organisms.
Examples of chemical weed control:

1) spraying insecticides and pesticides.

2)Soil fumigants - these materials are employed for killing all plant growth before sowing more desirable species.
Air pollution = Burning coal for power stations
