What is an invasive species? |
An invasive species is a plant, fungus, or animal species that is not native to a specific location (an introduced species), and which has a tendency to spread to a degree believed to cause damage to the environment, human economy or human health.

What is the difference between threatened and extinct? |
Endangered - any species that is in danger of extinction throughout all or a significant portion of its range; Threatened - any species that is likely to become an endangered species within the foreseeable future throughout all or a significant portion of its range

Explain homeostasis. |
The balance in the number of plants and animals in an ecosystem. When different animals and plants compete for food, water, light and other resources, they help keep the balance. Natural events, (like hurricanes), and man-made events, (farming), can disturb the balance.
