VICTIM IS UNABLE TO ELIMINATE EXCESSIVE HEAT FROM BODY. HOT DRY SKIN UNEVEN PUPIL DIALATION AND WEAK RAPID PULSE. DTREATMENT REDUCE HEAT BY DOUSING BODY WITH COLD WATER, WET COLD TOWLE TO BODY, MOVE VICTIM TO COOL PLACE, PLACE VICTIM ON BACK SHOULDERS SLIGHT RAISED PLACE COLD PACK OR TOWEL AROUND SHOULDER AND NECK.
102.7 STATE THE DIFFERANCE BETWEEN "OPEN" AND "CLOSED" FRACTURE
OPEN-WHERE BONE BREAKS THE SKIN.
