What must the Oil temperature be for takeoff off? Are there exceptions?

40°C ... It is also permissible to run the engine for 8min OR complete a static run up to 88% N2 and allow the engine to stablize and assure the oil pressure is below 83psi.

If the oil pressure increases to 126psi on takeoff, what must the crew do?

Start a timer and note the oil pressure. The total time the pressure can be above 116psi and up to 155psi is 2min and the total time the pressure is above 110psi is limited to 5min.
