-Infusion for pulseless arrest and profound syptomatic brady and profound hypotension refratory to other interventions: add 30mg(1:1000)to 250cc NS/D5W at 100ml/hr titrate to response

-Anaphylactic:Mild 0.01ml/kg SQ(1:1000)max 0.3ml Moderate-severe: 0.05-0.15mcg/kg/min IV infusion
