Delivery Systems

begins when sheet leaves the final impression cylinder. usually for smaller presses delivered to tray.

1. Receiving stacker- table that automatically lowers
2. Delivery Gripper Chians- loop set of chains, 3. Delivery Gripper Bars- attached to end of delivery chains, contain grippers that hang on to sheet when being printed 4. Delivery Cylinder- peers the chain delivery- transfer sheets from last printing cylinder to the delivery sheet 5. Paper Guides- fixed guides @ rear and sides of delivery sheet 6.Side jogger- moves and jogs the sheets against the fixed guides 7. Rear Jogger- moves/jogs sheets against the front gate 8. Delivery Grippers- take printed sheets from cylinder grippers and transports to delivery pile |
