1.Ask the delegate's input. For example, ask, "How did your day go? I noticed the vital signs were not recorded on the chart." 2.Be specific. Share your perception of the situation. 3.Ask the delegate for a plan for resolving the problem. 4.Agree on a plan of action including a time frame for checking progress. |
