Far West

The far west people lived in different geographic region. People in far west ate small things like fish and berries. The housing depended on the area they live in.

The people that lived in southwest part of area did farming and hunted animal. To protect themselves from attack, they build large apartment houses made of adobe.

The earliest woodlands people lived by hunting, fishing, and foraging for nuts and berries. The Algonquian people were scattered through southern Canada, the Great Lakes area , and along the along the Atlantic coast to Virginia.
