Define Interrogate
|
Interrogate= formally question a suspect in relation to an alleged crime

What is Inadmissible evidence and what makes it so? |
Inadmissible evidence = evidence that cannot be considered by a judge or jury in court. This can be the case if evidence has been contaminated or compromised |

Define Summons
|
Summons = a legal document that states when and where a person must appear in court and, if they are the accused, the charge to which they must answer

|
Warrant= legal document issued by magistrate authorising an officer to perform a particular act e.g conduct a search |
