Any person who causes the death of another by conduct amounting to criminal negligence.

Criminally Negligent Homicide

A person by means of fire or explosives, intentionally damages any property with the intent to defraud.

3rd Degree Arson

A person who recklessly engages in conduct which creates a substantial risk of serious bodily injury to another person.

Reckless Endangerment

After deliberation and with intent to cause the death of a person other than himself, causes the death of that person or another person.

1st Degree Murder

With intent to cause bodily injury to another person, he causes such injury to any person by means of a deadly weapon.

2nd Degree Assault

A person knowingly breaks an entrance into, or enters, or remains unlawfully in a building or occupied structure with the intent to commit a crime therein against a person or property.

2nd Degree Burglary

A person knowingly and unlawfully enters and remains in a dwelling of another or if such person enters any motor vehicle with the intent to commit any crime therein.

1st Degree Criminal Trespass

In the act of robbery or immediate flight therefrom is armed with a deadly weapon with the intent, if resisted, to kill, maim, or wound the person robbed or any other person.

Aggravated Robbery

A person knowingly prevents or attempts to prevent a peace officer acting under color of official authority, from effecting an arrest of the actor or another.

Resisting Arrest

Any actor who knowingly subjects a victim to any sexual contact and knows the victim does not give consent or the actor knows the victim is incapable of appraising the nature of the victim's conduct.

Unlawful Sexual Contact

By any threat or act the actor knowingly places or attempts to place another person in fear of imminent serious bodily injury.

Menacing

If a person operates or drives a motor vehicle in a reckless manner and this conduct is the proximate cause of serious bodily injury.

Vehicular Assault

A person who knowingly sets fire, burns, causes to be burned or by the use of any explosive, damages or destroys any building or occupied structure of another without his consent.

1st Degree Arson

A person recklessly causes the death of another or intentionally causes or aids another person to commit suicide.

Manslaughter

A person knowingly inflicts sexual intrusion or sexual penetration on a victim or the actor causes submission through the actual application of physical violence.

Sexual Assault

A person knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in a building or occupied structure with the intent to commit a crime therein, other than trespass, while in the building or immediate flight therefrom he or another participant in the crime assaults or menaces any person or the actor or another participant is armed with explosives or deadly weapons.

1st Degree Burglary

A person knowingly obtains or exercises control over anything of value of another without authorization, or by threat or deception.

Theft

A person knowingly takes anything of value from the person or from the presence of another by the use of force, threats, or intimidation.

Robbery

A person unlawfully enters or remains in or upon the premises of another.

3rd Degree Trespass

A person knowingly damages the real or personal property of one or more persons in a single criminal episode.

Criminal Mischief

A person operates or drives a motor vehicle in a reckless manner, and such conduct is the proximate cause of the death of another.

Vehicular Homicide

Any person knowingly seizes and carries away any person from one place to another, without his.her consent and without lawful justification.

Second Degree Kidnapping

A person who knowingly or recklessly starts or maintains a fire or causes an explosion, on his own property or that of another, and by doing so places another in danger of death or SBI or places any building or structure in danger.

Fourth Degree Arson

Any actor who knowingly inflicts sexual penetration or sexual intrusion on a victim without the use of physical force or injury.

Sexual Assault

A person with intent to commit a crime, enters or breaks into any vault, safe, cash register, vending machine, coin telephone or coin box or any other apparatus or equipment whether or not coin operated.

Third Degree Burglary

A person with intent to cause SBI to another person causes SBI to any person by means of a deadly weapon.

First Degree Assault

A person knowingly sets fire to, burns, causes to be burned, or by use of an explosive; damages, destroys, or causes to be damaged or destroyed any personal property of another without his consent.

Second Degree Arson

Any person who with intent to force the victim to any other person to make any concession or give up anything of value in order to secure the release of a person under the offender's actual or apparent control.

First Degree Kidnapping

A person knowingly causes the death of another.

Second Degree Murder

A person, without legal authority and with the intent to induce another person against that person's will to perform an act or refrain from performing a lawful act; makes a substantial threat to confine or restrain, cause economic hardship or bodily injury, or damage the property or reputation of the threatened person or another person.

Criminal Extortion

A person knowingly or recklessly causes bodily injury to another person or with criminal negligence causes bodily injury by means of a deadly weapon.

Third Degree Assault

A person recklessly causes bodily injury to another by means of a deadly weapon.

Second Degree Assault


A person unlawfully enters or remains in or upon a premises of another which are enclosed in a manner designed to exclude intruders or are fenced or if such a person knowingly and unlawfully enters or remains in or on the common areas of a hotel, motel condominium or apartment building.
