Involuntary Manslaughter

Felony Murder
The killing of someone during the commissiom of certain other dangerousfelonies; regardlessof intent to kill(which is uusually required for a murder charge.
Negligent Homicide
Causing death through negligent behavior.
1st Degree Murder
Planned in advance and done with malice or during the commission of a dangerous felony
