What are some nasal decongestants that can be used in sinusitis?
-pseudoephedrine extended release 120 mg bid
-pseudoephedrine/guaifenesin 120/600 mg 1 po q 12 hrs may also be helpful
What are some antibiotic treatments for sinusitis?
-amox/clav 875/125 1 po BID x 14 days
-Bactim 1 po BID x 14 days
-Azithromycin 500 mg po qd x 3 days
