Doctor's Position: Fencer's stance on ipsilateral side facing head
Contact Hand: Thumb of either hand
Patient Contact: Ant. to Lat. surface of the ipsilateral clavicle
SH: Thumb over contact thumb
Tissue Slack: Inf. to Sup. and Ant. to Post.

Pr: Dr. wraps their finger over pt's over pt's shoulder and stabilizes the scapula.

Patient's Contact: Post. to Lat. surface of the ipsilateral clavicle, as to close to the AC joint
SH: Grips over the patient's deltoid muscle and acromion process to stabilize the shoulder
Tissue Slack: Sup. to Inf. and Post. to Ant.
LOD: Post. to Ant.
PR: Dr. wraps their fingers behind the clavicle and while holding the shoulder down with the SH, pulls Post. to Ant.
