US: Finger lakes ice wine riesling, Washington and Columbia River Valley riesling
Recommended pairings: spicy foods, fresh fruit, mild cheeses, brunch food, desserts

Aka Gros Verdot (as in Petit Verdot)
Peppery red wine - hence the name
