For each part of a flower, give a function.
1. The petal attracts insects and bees for pollination.
2. The sepal protects the flower when it's in bud.
3. The stamen is the male part of the flower.
4. The carpel is the female part of the flower.
What is Pollination?
The transfer of pollen from the anther to the stigma of a carpel.
Give 2 differences between flowers which are wind-pollinated and those that are insect-pollinated.

- Brightly coloured petals - Small uncoloured petals
