When adding 2 negatives
The sum should be negative
When adding 1 positive and 1 negative
If the positive is bigger then it is positive and when the negative is bigger then it is negative.
When adding 2 positives
it should be positve
When subtracting 2 negatives
you could do a cross cross method like -2 - (-8) it would be -2 + 8
When subtracting 2 positives
you just subtract and it will be positive
When subtracting 1 positive and 1 negative
if one is bigger then it will be that symbol
When multiplying positive integers
you just multiply and if they are an even amount of negatives or positives it will be positive but if it is odd then it is negative.
When multiplying negative integers
if they are an even amount then you make it even but when you have an odd amount then it is negative.
When you are dividing integers
they are the same rules as multiplying rules
