When should you get a bone scan during renal mass follow up

Within 3-12 months post op for both
NSS- CT or MRI
Radical- US, CT , or MRI
Then obtain US, CT, or MRI yearly thereafter for three years.
How long should chest imaging be done for post op?
CXR annually for three yearas
