Morton's Neuroma
Common foot problem associated with pan, swelling and or inflamation of a nerve. Usually located in the ball of the foot between the 3rd & 4th toes.
Sharp pain, burning, even numbness, cramping to the area. Caused from an abnormal function of the foot that leads to bones squeezing a nerve usually between the 3rd & 4th metatarsal heads. Tight fitting toe box shoes can be uncomfortable for a wider foot
