Start Position: Lying face up on deck with your knees straight
Procedure:slowly lower your right leg straight down until you feel your pelvis about to start moving. Return back to the starting position.
MINI BAND EXTERNAL ROTATION (10EA)
Procedure: Stand in quarter-squat position with feet hip width & band just above knees. Let one knee drop in & return to starting position
LATERAL SQUAT- ALTERNATING
Starting Position:
Stand with your feet wider than shoulder width apart.
Procedure:
Shift your hips to the left and down by bending your left knee and keeping your right leg straight.
