Kleinfelters Syndrome XXY or XYY
Biological males who are born with either an extra Y or X chromosome. They will have a micropenis, higher pitched voice, and enlarged breasts.

CAH Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia
Biological females who have a malfunction of one of the enzymes needed to make cortisol. Females develop internal organs but external organs will be ambiguous or male.
XO Turner syndrome
neither male or female, lacks androgens and estrogens. Will not fully develop secondary sex characteristics. External organs are female but they do not develop complete internal organs.
Partial Androgen Insensitivity
Genetically male but partially insensitive to androgens. Born with micropenis and will have breast enlargement. and sexually ambigous body with testes located inside the labia.
Complete Androgen Insensitivity
Biologically female but will have undescended testes. external female parts but do not develop a uterus and are infertile.
