PATRON ILLNESS
1. Get a visual of location.
2. Get reporting party info/statement.
3. Get patron Info/statement.
4. Ask patron if they want SMFD to respond.
5. If yes, contact SMFD. If no, have victum complete a voluntary statement form.
6. If SMFD arrives, after they have finished evaluating victim, provide victim with voluntary statement form. If not able to, make sure they are given copy of the voluntary statement form.
7. Run victim throiugh RIMS.
8. Take photo of victim.
9. If transported, let surveillance and dispatch know where victim was transported to, and AMR#.
10. Provide control with your disposition.
EMPLOYEE ILLNESS
1. Get a visual of location.2. Get reporting party info/statement.3. Get employee Info/statement.4. Ask employee if they want SMFD to respond or would like to be transported to Healthpoint.5. If yes, contact SMFD. If no, have them complete an employee Illness/Injury statement form.6. If yes to Healthpoint, request for a patrol officer to respond to the employee entrance to transport employee.
8. If transported let surveillance and dispatch know where victim was transported to and by who. (AMR#/location or Patrol Officer)9. Take photo of employee.10. Provide control with your disposition.
PATRON INJURY
1. Get a visual of location and let surveillance know location and time of injury.2. Get reporting party info/statement.3. Get patron Info/statement.4. Ask patron if they want SMFD to respond.5. If yes, contact SMFD. If no, have victum complete a voluntary statement form.6. After SMFD arrives, after they have finished evaluating victim, provide victim with voluntary statement form. If not able to, make sure form is completed and victim is given copy.7. Run victim throiugh RIMS.8. Take photo of victim, injuries, location and any object involved.9. If transported, let surveillance and dispatch know where victim was transported to, and AMR#.10. Provide control with your disposition.
