Innuendo
A satirical technique that allows the author to implicate a target by a completely indirect attacked. This is especially useful when the target is dangerous, for it is often possible to deny the insinuation. Usually sexual in nature
Malapropism
the mistaken or intentional use of a word in place of a similar-sounding one, often with unintentionally amusing effect or used to further show the depth of an issue in satirical writing through irony
Pun
a joke exploiting the different possible meanings of a word or the fact that there are words that sound alike but have different meanings
