Tendons
Strong connective tissue that connects muscles to bone
Origin
The point at which the muscle joins the stationary bone
(At the end closest to the center of the body)
Insertion
The point at which the muscle joins the moving bone
Blood vessels
arteries, veins, capillaries…the channels through which blood is distributed to the body tissue
