Newton's 1st Law of Motion
If a body is at rest, it will remain at rest, and if in motion will remain in motion, unless acted upon by a resultant force.
Newton's 2nd Law of Motion
The rate of change of momentum of an object is directly proportional to the force acting on it and takes place in the direction of the force.
Newton's 3rd Law of Motion
If body A exerts a force on body B, then body B exerts an equal and opposite force on body A.
