What does a comprehensive fitness assessment provide?
a variety of subjective and objective information including:
-preparticipation health screening
-resting physiologic measurements (i.e. heart rate, blood pressure, height, weight)
-series of measurements to help to determine the fitness level of the client (health-related fitness tests)
-discussion of past experiences with exercise, current goals, exercise likes/dislikes
