Origins:
1. O.Oc: Wall of orbit
2. O.Or: No bony origin, fibers of several muscles merge in to it
3. ZM: Zygomatic bone
4. BC: Maxilla and mandible
5.PT: Clavicle
Insertions:
1. O.Oc: Fibres encircle the palpebral fissure
2. O.Or: Fibres encircle the mouth
3. ZM: Merges in to angle of mouth
4. BC: Merges in to orbicularis ori
5. PT: Passes mandible, and end by merging with orbicularis ori
ALL MUSCLES ARE SUPPLIED BY THE FACIAL NERVE
1. O.Oc: Palpebral part (gently close eye), Orbital part (forcefully close eye)
2. O.Or: Gently close lips
3. ZM: Lift corner of mouth in smiling
4. BC: Compress cheek to move food medially
5. PT: Pulls skin of chest and neck up... and lower face down
