Chromatin
Chromatin condenses into chromosomes during prophase. Chromatin is used to describe the nuclear contents during interphase
Nucleolus
The nucleolus is in the nucleus. The nucleolus and nucleus should be away in prophase.
Chromosomes
Condensed chromatin. Carries all genetic information. There are 23 pairs or types of chromosomes but 46 technical chromosomes in the human body.
