What happend when two lines intersect?
The sum of their angles is 360
What happens when two lines are perpendicular?
It forms a 90 degree angle
Ehat do the three angles in a triangle equal?
180 degrees
What do four angles in any four sided figure equal?
360 degrees
What is the line that goes from the center of the circle to the outside edge?
The radius!
Vertical angles
Angles that are across each other when two lines intersect. They are always equal.
What are parallel lines?
Lines that never intersect. When q pair of parallel lines is intersected by a third, two angles are formed.
Big angles: equal to any big angle
Small angles: equal to any small angle
The sum of any small angle plus any big angle is 180.
Any time you see the word parallel, identify your big and small angles.
