Status epilepticus
Lorazepam 0.1 mg/kg iv or midazolam 0.5mg/kg buccal, then Lorazepam then paraldehyde then phenytoin

Amnesia more than 5 min
Drowsy
3 or more vomit episode

Gcs less than 15
Open, depressed or base of skull fracture
Under 1 yr and bruise more than 5cm
