What are Issues?
Also known as questions. Something that needs to be addressed.
What are Ideas?
Also known as Positions. Responses to issues. Typically the set of ideas that respond to an issue represents the spectrum of perspectives on the issue.
What are Arguments?
Pros (arguments supporting) or Cons (arguments against) a idea. The complete set of arguments that respond to an idea represents the multiplicity of viewpoints on it.
Rules for Issues
- Can be raised anew or can arise from other issues, positions or arguments
- Any IBIS element can be questioned

- Can only respond to issues/questions
