Action- pronate the forearm, assist to flex the elbow
Origin- medial epicondyle of humerus, common flexor tendon, & coronoid process of ulna
Insertion- middle of lateral surface of the radius
Nerve- median
Pronator Quadratus
Action- pronate the forearm
Origin- medial anterior surface of distal ulna
Insertion- lateral anterior surface of distal radius
Supinator
Action- supinate the forearm
Origin- lateral epicondyle of humerus, radial collateral ligament, annulnar ligament, & crest of the ulna
Insertion- lateral surface of the proximal shaft of the radius
Nerve- radial
