Step 1
Label five 50cm3 beaker with water bath temperatures.

Mark an X on the bottom of each beaker.

Put 10g of milk powder in a beaker and then fill it with distilled water up to 100cm3 . Mix
Step 4
Add 10cm3 of the milk to each 50cm3 beaker.
Step 5
Add 1cm3 of buffer solution to each beaker and stir.
Step 6
Put the 20 degrees c beaker in the corresponding water bath on a white tile. Leave for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Add 1cm3 of the enzyme into the beaker.
Step 8
Use a stopwatch to record the time (s) it takes until the X becomes visible.
Step 9
Repeat steps 6 to 8 for each beaker at the correct temperatures.
