Desperate
Reckless or dangerous because of despair, hopelessness, or urgency.
Sentence: His girlfriend was so untrustworthy and dishonest that he had to be desperate to get rid of her.
Meagar
Deficient or not enough in quantity or quality; inadequate.
sentence: She looked at our meager amount of money and hurried back to the checkout counter.
Misery
Distress or suffering; great mental or emotional distress.
Sentence: An empty bank account and losing her job did little to relieve her misery throughout the terrible day.
Rigor
Strictness or severity in dealing with people or in following laws, rules, etc.
Sentence: The judge was rigor to the criminals that invaded the Wellingtons home on that Saturday night.
Inexorable
Unyielding, unable to be altered, persuaded, moved or affected.
Sentence: The boy was inexorable from his X Box 1 that he's been playing on for 17 hours now.
