Nash equilibrium
Stable outcome, where people are making rational choices base on what they think others will do (ex. prisoners dilemma).
No one is able to improve their outcome by changing strategy. Each person is doing well as they possibly can even if this does not mean optimal outcome for society (ex. exhaust fishing or congest shortest route).
