Life estate
Is a freehold estate that is limited in duration to the life of the owner or to the life of some other designated person or persons. A life estate is not inheritable. It passes to Future earnings according to the provisions of the life estate
Conventional life estate
He's created by the intentional Act of the owner. It may be established by deed at the time you enter ship is transferred during the owner's life or by provision of the owners will after death.
Life tenant
The life tenant has full enjoyment of the ownership until the death of the person against his life the estate is measured
