IF THE CLAIMANT HAS MADE USE OF ANOTHERS LAND FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME AS DEFINED BY STATE LAW, AN EASEMENT BY PRESCRIPTION OR A PRESCRIPTIVE EASEMENT MSY BE ACQUIRED.
