Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA)
The average daily amount of any one nutrient an individual needs to protect against nutritional deficiancy
Acceptable Macronutrient Distribution Range
Intake ranges that provide adequate nutition and that are associated with reduced risk of chronic disease
