Tell me about a difficult situation and how you handled it?
A difficult client comes in and is upset and wants an appointment now. VRC not take it personally. I made sure that I was listening to her complaint. VRC reassured her that DS and her VRC would contact her ASAP. Gave her business cards.
How would you deal with an unhappy co worker?
I would listen to him or her and attempt to use MI techniques and taking the necessary steps to obtain satisfaction. Need to develop a connection or rapport to obtain a solution.
How would you recruit the best candidates?
I would work closely with CO and HR to develop an accurate job description, need to find the right individuals with the qualifications, the goal is to hire the best candidate with a background in audiology , communication sciences, deaf culture, proficient in SL,social work and linguistics . Also use the HR link and social media.
