Brazing tips are generally constructed of copper or copper alloy tubing drawn thinner towards the flame end, a portion which has a smooth, close bend that positions the flame at 75 degrees to the torch handle. Tips are numbered for size
Brazing have 2 class tips
Swedge tips = produce a long, thin, pointed inner cone
Straight bore tips = produce a short, thick, bulbous inner cone
