Day 14 : release of mature ovum from an ovary into the fallopian tube (ovulation)
Next few day: ovum travels down the fallopian tube, if not fertilised it wont embed into lining and less progesterone is produced and menstruations starts
day 28: next cyclw
Follicle
A structure in an ovary in which an ovum matures
Corpus Luteum
After ovulation the empty follicle turns into this and releases progesterone, yellow
