What is your breathing rate and pulse rate ?
Breathing rate; number of breaths in one minute
Pulse rate; number of times your heart beats in one minute
When you exercise does your breathing rate and pulse rate increase ? And if so why does it do so ?
Yes they both increase, this is because your cells need more oxygen and glucose for respiration .
What is breathing ?
Breathing is the movement of muscles in the diaphragm and attached to the ribs . These movements change the volume of the chest .
