The skin and other parts of the body gets natural softness by face secretion of sebaceous gland. The secretion is known as sebum. These glands are situated at just under the skin

When the flow of sebum is obstructed by various factors it results in acne vulgaris

Wash the face with soap and water apply lencomycin gel in the morning
Hormone therapy - use of tablet like ethynyl oestradol
Vitamin therapy - vitamin A daily for one month
