Doseage: injection/ recon-powder= 50 mg , tablet= 2 mg
Useage: an alkylating agent that destroys resting and rapidly dividing tumors in certain cancer. Oral or injection.
Side effects: myelosuppression, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and jaundice
Contraindications: i fections and small pox vaccine
B: Myleran
G: busulfan
Doseage: 2 mg tablet, 6 mg/ ml injection
Useage: interfers w8th growth and spread of cancer cells; treats symptoms of chronic myelogenous leukemia (blood cancer); injection with cyclophosphamid prepares pt. for receiving stem cell transplant. Nitma leukemia cure.
Side effects: nausea, fever and insomnia
