Corneal graft (post op) |
Excision of corneal tissue and its replacement by a cornea from a human donor. High astigmatism from tension of stitching. Anisometropia. Bandage lens: slow release drugs, reduced corneal sensitivity. Hard lenses:good VA for astigmatism. |

Signs: Lacrimation, vascularisation, scarring. Bandage lens: soft and silicone lenses. Drug release. |

Mostly congenital but also can be through trauma, iritis. May be amblyopic if not corrected. Cosmetic soft lens, hand painted, opaque backing and black pupil. |
