Counteractive Influence
A behavior in functional group decision making where a member corrects a fallacious conclusion by another group member.
Delays

The leader seeks group member participation in determining group goals and procedures.
Conflict
Part of the tolerance for disagreement communication trait and reflects competition, suspicion, distrust, dislike, hostility, and self-perpetuation.
