Semi-washed

(Coffees of Indonesia) partial drying and no fermentation impart semi-washed coffees with herbal, earthy flavors with big body

Natural processing

No water used in this process. The fruit is allowed to dry right on the bean. Which is why coffees processed this way taste so much of fruit. (Brazil, Yemen and Ethiopia use natural processing)
