Coaching

A practice in which employers work with employees to facilitate higher levels of performance

Motivation

An individuals willingness to complete a task: a feeling of interest or enthusiasm which makes an individual want to fulfill a duty

Knowledge-based coaching

relies heavily on facts; processes and experience to direct an individuals or group performance; involves the "coach" giving employees all the knowledge, insight and skills which will help them accomplish their task

The amount of freedom or independence and discretion an individuals has in scheduling and determining the procedures to be carried out in a job
