● turn on faucet with clean paper towel
● adjust water temperature
● angle arms down holding hands lower than elbows. wet hands and wrists
● apply enough soap to cover, lather
● rub hands together for 20 seconds
● palm to palm
●right palm over left with interlaced fingers and vice versa
● palm to palm with fingers interlaced
●backs of fingers to opposing palms with fingers interlocked
● rotational rubbing of left thumb clasped in right palm and vice versa
● clean finger nails
● rinse hands with water down from wrist to finger tips.
● dry throughly with single towel
● use towel to turn off faucet and discard towel
