what is medial epicondylitis?
pain at the medial elbow epicondyle that my radiate to the wrist
what is lateral epicondylitis tx?

what is dupuytrens contracture?
Dupuytren's contracture is an abnormal thickening of tough tissue (fibrous layer) underneath the skin of the palm and fingers. It is the thickening of this tissue that can cause the fingers to curl. Dupuytren's contracture is more common in men than in women.
where do dupuytrens contracture occur most often?
4th and 5th fingers
what is trigger finger
very painful esp when locked digit snaps beyond the restriction by the use of increased force.

~nodule may develop on on the tendon causing tendon to get stuck at proximal edge of the A1 pulley when attemtping to extend finger


**with more forceful attempts at extension it classically snaps open w/ significant pain at the distal palm and proximal finger

superficial spreading infection in the subq tisue with redness, heat, swelling and pain
what is paronychia?
anywhere around the U shaped eponychium

burning, itching,sensation
