boil thin noodles, refresh, add some sesame oil

seal chicken, add veges (except onion), then noodles, tbsp light soy sauce, sesami oil, add onions

Dry roasted Soy beans (or peanuts), ground
Ground white pepper
Dry chili flakes
seal in pan

Sauce:
Pineapple, chopped & juice
Lime juice. Blend then reduce
